Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with Business Control System™. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how quickly it is processed.

1. Digital Product Nature

Business Control System™ is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because access is granted immediately and the files can be copied, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below.

2. When You Are Eligible For A Refund

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • Payment was successful but the product was never delivered to you.
  • The files are corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded or used the files.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • You have downloaded and used the product and simply changed your mind.
  • You do not have, or do not wish to use, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You expected features that were never advertised on the sales page.
  • The licence terms were breached (sharing, reselling or redistributing the files).

4. How To Request A Refund

Email support@beindigital.in within 7 days of purchase with your order/transaction ID, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days. Wherever possible we will first try to resolve the problem for you.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days. We do not issue cash refunds or transfers to a different account.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before delivery. Since delivery is automatic and immediate after successful payment, cancellation after that point is generally not possible and is handled under the refund conditions above.

7. Delivery Policy

No physical goods are shipped. Digital access is delivered instantly on screen and by email after successful payment. If you have not received access within 30 minutes, contact us and we will deliver it manually at no extra cost.
