1. About Us

This website is operated by Nowin Digital. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Nowin Digital.

2. The Product

Business Control System™ is a digital spreadsheet-based dashboard system delivered in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets formats, along with worksheets and a setup guide. It is a self-service business tracking tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
• Your order is confirmed only after we receive a successful payment confirmation.
• Promotional prices are valid only for the period shown and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Delivery Of Digital Products

Because the product is digital, there is no physical shipping. Access is delivered instantly after successful payment through an on-screen download link and by email to the address you provide. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, contact support@beindigital.in and we will deliver it manually.

5. Licence & Permitted Use

• You receive a single-user, lifetime, non-transferable licence for your own business use.
• You may duplicate the files for multiple businesses that you personally own or manage.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or claim the product as your own.
• Any breach of this licence may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, formulas, layouts, text and branding on this website and inside the product remain the property of Nowin Digital and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation Of Liability

The product is provided on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for the data you enter and the decisions you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

8. Third-Party Software

The product requires Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, which are third-party applications. We are not responsible for changes, outages or costs relating to those platforms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
